All wineries included in our tours use traditional techniques; hand crafting their wines to allow the regional characters to develop. These characters come from being close to the sea; a proximity that creates varying microclimates, influencing depth of colour, bouquet and flavour of the wines. The Uncorked tour can include lunch at a vineyard or a picnic in a national park or lunch on the beach.
